Old Town real estate market…

The Old Town real estate market slowed down a bit in the past couple of weeks. Probably because summer has arrived & people are planning their summer fun. Also, we had such an active spring market where all the buyers seemed to come out at once. There still is not an abundance of inventory which is good news for sellers so hopefully with interest rates as low as they are, we will see an increase in activity the next couple of weeks!!
