Three more closings!

Hi friends,

We have three more closings to brag about before the start of 2016.

1. 539 Walhalla Court in Fort Collins closed at $290,000. Sold for 99% of list price!
2. 628 Walnut Street in Old Town, Windsor closed at $227,000– $15,000 more than another Broker suggested it was worth. Go team!
3. 519 N. Grant Avenue in Old Town closed at $300,000. It was under contract with a cash offer in just 12 days, and we closed it $20,000 higher than another Broker’s price opinion!
